Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair cancellation terms that protect both hosts and guests.

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before booking start time
  • Automatic full refund for host-initiated cancellations
  • Late cancellations may incur a partial charge to compensate the host
  • No-show protection for hosts with automatic booking completion
  • Emergency cancellations reviewed on a case-by-case basis
